Refunds & cancellations

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payments are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.

One rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, no-shows and missed appointments are non-refundable.

In case Astro Aastha needs to reschedule, the client may choose between a new appointment or a full refund.
