These terms apply to the use of this website, operated by Astro Aastha, New Delhi, India, and to consultations booked through it. By using the website or booking a consultation, you accept these terms.
Services
Astro Aastha offers consultations in Vedic astrology and Vastu. The website also provides free birth chart and kundli matching tools.
Nature of guidance
Astrological and Vastu guidance is for personal insight only. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and must not be used in place of professional advice. No particular result or outcome is guaranteed. Any decision taken after a consultation is the client’s own responsibility.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a consultation. A consultation for another person, including a minor, must be booked by an adult with that person’s consent or as their parent or guardian.
Birth details
The client is responsible for providing an accurate date, time and place of birth. The time of birth is required. A consultation based on incorrect details is not eligible for a refund.
Booking and payment
A consultation is confirmed only after full payment is received. All fees are in Indian Rupees and are payable in advance through Razorpay.
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refunds & cancellations policy on this website.
Free tools
The free kundli and matching tools are automated calculations provided for information only. They do not constitute a consultation.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to Astro Aastha and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Conduct
Astro Aastha reserves the right to refuse or end a consultation, without a refund, in case of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
Limitation of liability
Astro Aastha is not liable for any decision, action or loss arising from the use of this website or from a consultation. Any liability is limited to the fee paid for the consultation concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Changes
Astro Aastha may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.
